{"id":163,"date":"2024-07-09T11:49:17","date_gmt":"2024-07-09T06:19:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/yogasanasports.asia\/?page_id=163"},"modified":"2024-07-09T12:04:22","modified_gmt":"2024-07-09T06:34:22","slug":"refund-and-cancellation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/yogasanasports.asia\/index.php\/refund-and-cancellation\/","title":{"rendered":"Refund and Cancellation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fees:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>All fees once paid will not be refundable for any reasons whatsoever.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only double payment\/wrong credit will be considered for refund after request and deducting the bank charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the cheque is not honoured by the issuing bank for any reason, the AYSC shall initiate necessary action to recover the same.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation\/debarred for participation:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>In the event of non-receipt of fees on due date, AYSC has reserved the right to cancel the claim of participant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The participant not paid the fees as scheduled will be debarred from the participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding &amp; Authorization:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Photo\/Video\/Score\/Special Remark to the Registered Candidate will be Public (Except Contact Details &amp; Address) and AYSC or Unit or 3rd Party Authorized by AYSC can Use, Re-use, Re-produce as and when required for legal, Commercial &amp;
