Information-Guideline of Asian Yogasana Sports Championship 2024

• Hosted by: Kri Yoga Asia.
• Date: 23rd to 25th October 2024.
• Venue: KriYoga Fusion, 816, Udom Suk Rd, Bang Na Nuea, Bang Na, Bangkok, Thailand.
• Registration of Participants: 23rd October 2024; 11:00 hrs (UTC+07.00).
• Reception: KriYoga Fusion, 816, Udom Suk Rd, Bang Na Nuea, Bang Na, Bangkok, Thailand.
• Opening Ceremony: 23rd October 2024; 18:00 hrs (UTC+07.00).
• Closing Ceremony: 25th October 2024; 18:00 hrs (UTC+07.00).
• Championship will be held in following age categories (M&F):
  (1) Mini (Above 6 Yr/Below 10 Yr)
  (2) Sub Junior (Above 10 Yr/Below 14 Yr)
  (3) Junior (Above 14 Yr/Below 18 Yr)
  (4) Senior (Above 18 Yr/Below 30 Yr)
  (5) Masters (Above 30 Yr/Below 40 Yr)
  (6) Elder (Above 40 Yr/Below 50 Yr)
  (7) Veteran (Above 50 Yr)
• Registration of Masters, Elders, and Veterans (M&F) Competitors: Masters, Elders, and Veteran (M&F) competitors participating in the championship will register themselves directly on the official website of AYSC, i.e., www.yogasanasports.asia, from September 1, 2024, to October 10, 2024. Registration will be accepted only online, with a registration fee of $100 per competitor. The registration fee, once paid, will not be refunded for any reason. Refunds for double payments will only be considered after deducting bank charges upon request.
• Age of Proof: For age proof, an attested photocopy of the passport will have to be produced along with the registration form. The competitor’s should have their original passport with them so as to produce it in case of any protest against them. Nobody will be allowed to participate without a passport. The competitor’s age will be calculated as of December 31, 2024.
• Accommodation and Meals: Competitors and Officials will have to make their own arrangements for their accommodation and meals in Bangkok; however, they can seek the help of the host to select hotels near the championship venue for their team accommodation.
